Macnaught MT Turbine Flow Meters are Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Velocity Flow Fluid Measuring Devices.

Our MT Meters utilize decades of proven cost-effective technology. Additionally, each meter is machined from solid 316 Stainless Steel Billet for reliable industrial performance.

Macnaught Turbine Meters are for clean process fluids only and do not measure gases. Fluids with solids that can not be removed upstream of the meter are not recommended.

Macnaught Turbine Flow Meter Overview
Macnaught MT Turbine Flow Meters are Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Velocity Flow Fluid Measuring Devices.

Our MT Meters utilize decades of proven cost-effective technology. Additionally, each meter is machined from solid 316 Stainless Steel Billet for reliable industrial performance.

Macnaught Turbine Meters are for clean process fluids only and do not measure gases. Fluids with solids that can not be removed upstream of the meter are not recommended.

MT Meters provide inline 1% Accuracy Over Flow Range with .1% Repeatability.

In Stock Sizes ½” thru 4” .75 GPM to 1,200 GPM
Designed for Precise Volumetric Clean Process Fluid Measurement
Larger Sizes Available up to 10”
Flow Conditioning is Required – typically 20D upstream x 5D downstream
High-Pressure Range of 5,000 PSI up to 2 inch
Immediate Response to Flow Meter Inquires

Principle of Operation
Turbine flowmeters work by using the energy of the fluid passing through the meter to move a rotor within the fluid passing through.

The rotational speed of the rotor is directly proportional to the velocity of the line fluid and is a true representation of the volume of fluid traveling through the meter ( Fig 1 ).

The rotor material is magnetic in nature and the housing is non-magnetic. A magnetic pick-up sensor is positioned as close as possible to the rotor and senses the electrical pulses generated in the spinning rotor ( Fig 2 ).

Each pulse represents a known volume of fluid. The frequency rate of the output represents the flow rate and the accumulated pulses represent the total volume of flow.

I am very happy with the latest Jaltest Updates and the software overall. Lots of great information on here. The schematics alone save you time and money as it is almost impossible to have all this information right at your fingertips.

Our guys love the DCbright Dark Licht M30’s on our pavers very cool non-glare technology allows them to work without being blinded!  Also like the larger Dark Licht non-glare lights for our yard applications which we intend to implement

Gobys are a very impressive equipment light could not believe the weight of them compared to the crappy lights we are using that get busted off all the time.  Unreal quality we will use them on all our equipment from now on.
