1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Coast Lubricants Industrial Supply & Lighting are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Tools and diagnostic equipment

Auto-lubrication systems

2. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

3. Damaged or Defective Products

While all sales are final, we will address the following situations:

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Retain all original packaging materials

We will work with the carrier to assess and resolve the issue.

Manufacturer Defects

If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturer fault:

Contact us within 7 days of receipt

Provide documentation and supporting images

The item may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms

Resolution may include repair, replacement, or warranty claim support at our discretion.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment.
Once shipped, the order falls under this Final Sale Policy.

Freight shipments that are refused at delivery may incur return freight and restocking charges.
