Water-based Rust Revenge safely soaks away rust from immersed parts. The non-toxic powerful rust removing liquid is a safe, pH neutral, non-acidic soak solution. Industrial strength Rust Revenge soaks away rust from engines, automotive parts, gears, bearings, tools, and other fabricated parts.

Rust Revenge is ready to use; no dilution is required.

• Pre-clean items to remove oil, grease or dirt. Rinse items and immerse fully in Rust Revenge.
  • Can be used in dip or immersion tank for optimal performance.
  • Low-foaming: can be used in spray wash systems.
  • Can also be used for spot-treat method on items then rinsed clean.
• Check progress periodically. Light surface rust will require 5-30 minutes, moderate rust up to 4 hours, and deeply rusted parts may require overnight soaking.
• For high carbon steel, remove promptly once rust is removed.
• Works best when the solution is at 60°F (15 C) or higher. Soak time varies with severity of rust.
• Once rust is removed, rinse the item with soap and water, dry and apply coating or packaging per manufacturer’s instructions
• For best results, protect the cleaned metal in Daubert Cromwell VCI packaging: film, paper, emitters.
• Follow the same guidelines to descale and remove hard water deposits or build-up.

Storage & Disposal

Store sealed, in a dry location, out of direct sunlight in temperatures not to exceed 95°F (35°C) or below 50°F (10°C). Storage outside these conditions voids this statement.

Rust Revenge is reusable, however, once the solution turns black and no longer performs, it is ready for disposal. If no hazardous contaminants are introduced, only the iron content of the solution should indicate the disposal method. Always dispose of product per local, state and federal regulations. Safe for household disposal (local restrictions apply).

Shelf Life

12 months from date of shipping, when stored in the original shipping container used by Daubert Cromwell and not in high humidity and not at high temperatures, or stored outside.
