Nox-Rust® VCI Liquid 1100 is a volatile corrosion inhibitive lubricating liquid for use in the preservation of ferrous and/or other metal parts in enclosed systems. It provides long term protection against rust in “closed” systems or voids. Intended for lay-up and preservation of all types of engines and other enclosed systems such as hydraulic systems, compressors, transmissions, and gear boxes. Removal is not required. Ready to use.
Use the VCI oil that CAT recommends to protect engines during storage and preservation. Dealers can order CAT-approved Nox-Rust® 1100 as No. 4C-6794 (516-0277) in 5-gallon pails.
